IVE member Jang Wonyoung has once again found herself at the center of online discussion after photos from the group's recent visit to Everland prompted renewed debate over her behavior during a public event.

The group recently visited the theme park as part of the special collaboration project "ForEVER IVE" with Everland. During the surprise appearance, the members experienced attractions, took part in themed activities, and spent time with fans and other visitors throughout the park. As photos and videos from the event spread online, one particular moment began attracting attention.

Images captured the IVE members listening to an explanation from a staff member at one of the collaboration zones. Jang Wonyoung, wearing a halter-neck top and jeans, was seen standing with her arms crossed while listening. She appeared to be the only member maintaining that posture during the briefing, leading some online users to question whether it was appropriate while someone was speaking.

Some commenters criticized her body language, arguing that crossing one's arms during an explanation could be viewed as disrespectful. Others referenced an earlier incident at an airport, saying she had previously faced criticism over the same habit and questioning why it had become a recurring topic of discussion.

At the same time, many people defended the singer, saying the reaction was excessive and based on a brief moment taken out of context. Several commenters described crossing one's arms as a common personal habit rather than a sign of poor manners, while others argued that it was unfair to judge someone's character from a single photo or short video. They also expressed concern that everyday actions were being turned into unnecessary controversies.

Jang Wonyoung previously came under scrutiny in May while departing for Shanghai through Gimpo International Airport for an overseas schedule. During the identity verification process, an airport employee asked her to briefly reveal her face, prompting her to lower her hat and mask. Images showing her waiting with her arms crossed and receiving her passport with one hand later circulated online, leading to discussions about her attitude and allegations of preferential treatment.

Following that incident, Jang Wonyoung later appeared at the airport without wearing a mask and removed her hat before the identity verification process, drawing attention from observers who noted the change in her approach.

Meanwhile, IVE is continuing its second world tour, "SHOW WHAT I AM." The group previously completed a concert at Kyocera Dome in April and has recently wrapped up performances at Tokyo Dome, continuing its activities alongside projects such as the Everland collaboration.
