Kim Min is keeping the momentum firmly on his side. The actor has officially joined the cast of Disney+'s upcoming original series Boy in Luv, adding another notable project to a career that has been gathering pace with every appearance. On July 28, his agency, J-Wide Company, confirmed the casting news, placing Kim in one of the year's most anticipated Korean streaming dramas.

Boy in Luv tells the story of Park Jung-min, played by Han Yu-hyun, the CEO of a major corporation who loses everything after chasing success above all else. His life takes an unexpected turn when he returns to his days as a rookie employee 20 years earlier, giving him the chance to rethink the choices that shaped his future. It is a workplace regression story that mixes office politics, personal growth, and second chances, offering a fresh spin on a genre that continues to resonate with audiences.

Kim Min steps into the role of Lee Chan-ho, an employee in Team 4 of the Product Planning Department at Hansung Electronics, where the returning Park Jung-min begins his journey once again. Lee Chan-ho is known for his bright personality and willingness to rush wherever help is needed. That upbeat energy is expected to bring warmth and humour to the series, balancing the emotional weight carried by the central story. It is the kind of supporting character who can quietly steal scenes, and Kim has already shown he knows how to make those moments count.

The casting also marks another steady step forward for an actor who has built his reputation through memorable supporting performances. Kim caught viewers' attention with his role as Taesan, the son of Yoo Hae-jin's character Um Heung-do, in the film The Man Who Lives with King. He followed that performance with a strong showing in the Disney+ series Goldland, proving he could leave a lasting impression even in competitive ensemble casts. His schedule continues to fill quickly, with an appearance in the upcoming ENA drama Dating Doctor already confirmed.

For Kim Min, there is no sign of slowing down. Each new project expands his range and introduces him to a wider audience, while Boy in Luv offers another opportunity to shine on one of the industry's biggest streaming platforms. With its intriguing premise and an increasingly strong cast, the series is already generating buzz. Kim now has another stage to show why his career refuses to stay put, and viewers will be watching closely when Boy in Luv finally arrives.
