The picture gradually began to change. Haerin and Hyein were reported to have moved toward returning last November. Hani followed in December. With Minji now appearing in official anniversary content, the final piece of the puzzle appears to have fallen into place.

That makes this anniversary release much more than a nostalgic celebration. It serves as the strongest indication yet that NewJeans are preparing for their next chapter as a four-member group. No comeback schedule or new music has been announced, yet the timing and presentation have immediately fueled speculation that larger plans could be on the horizon.
