Close Your Eyes is moving quickly. The group is preparing to return to the music scene in late September, just five months after its previous release cycle. Uncore confirmed the comeback plans on the 10th, saying, "Close Your Eyes is making a super-fast comeback after five months," and added, "We are preparing a new album with the goal of a comeback in late September."

The timing puts another spotlight on a rookie group that has already built serious momentum. With their third mini-album 'Blackout', released last November, Close Your Eyes surpassed 1.2 million cumulative sales. That figure gives the upcoming album a clear benchmark, especially as the group returns after a relatively short five-month gap.

Their results have stretched beyond album sales. Close Your Eyes secured first place on music shows and collected Rookie of the Year honors across multiple awards ceremonies. Their trophy count reached nine awards, including the Rookie of the Year award at the 35th Seoul Music Awards. For a group still early in its career, that run hits differently because it pairs commercial results with recognition on major award stages.

They have also refused to stay put geographically. Close Your Eyes has performed in major cities including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Taipei, steadily widening the reach of its live activities. Those appearances have given the group opportunities to meet audiences outside its home market while building experience on international stages.

That overseas push continued last month when Close Your Eyes opened 'ACON 2026' at Taipei NTSU Arena. The group met fans through a range of performances, adding another major overseas appearance to a growing schedule. The steady run of international stages makes the late-September return more than another quick release, it arrives as the group is testing how far its early momentum can travel.

Now the attention shifts back to the music. Uncore said, "Please look forward to how Close Your Eyes, who have shown a distinct growth curve, will transform through their super-fast comeback after just five months." With 1.2 million cumulative album sales, nine trophies, music-show wins, and performances across several major international cities already behind them, Close Your Eyes enters its September comeback with measurable expectations. The next album will show what they choose to do with that momentum.
